Back in 2010, before the Golden Boy award and the €30 million move to Real Madrid, Isco started his career at Valencia.
In a Copa Del Rey second leg against Logrones Isco opened his scoring account in professional football.
His second goal came in the same match and the footage shows you just how good Isco was even at the age of 18.
An expert demonstration of balance and dribbling, riding two or three challenges, saw the midfielder jink through the packed Logrones defence.
Several hacks and body charges come in but he rides them and slots past the keeper’s his near post.
While a lot of people tipped the former Malaga player for greatness, he had been out in the cold at Real Madrid under Carlo Ancelotti.
